Orders received and paid for are final.  

Display Channel only sell and ship to North American addresses at this time.

Returns Policy

Incorrect or defective product may be returned for repair or replacement as follows:

If you need to return an item for repair or replacement simply send an email to orders@displaychannel.com quoting:

  • Original order and or invoice number,
  • Description of products including serial numbers if known.

The repair or replacement will probably be carried out by the original manufacturer in which case you will be notified of the appropriate return address. All shipping costs will generally be charged to the buyer.

Other returns are not normally accepted however you re welcome to enquire as some manufacturers may consent to this depending on circumstances - please send your enquiry by email to orders@displaychannel.com


We only ship to United States addresses at this time.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
